Double Chocolate Chip and Coconut Muffins

My new business cards arrived - They turned out beautifully! 

Creating a good black bean brownie recipe is more difficult than I initially thought it was. It took me a few months to find the right measurements of each ingredient, but my next problem is timing. Maybe another 5 or so minutes next time.

P.S. - I layered the bottom with dark chocolate morsels ;)
